What happened this week?

Had exams. Schoolworks and all. Birthday of my classmate. And just this afternoon I'm so disappointed with the  Rugby Boys around the town. -__-" I want to report them all to DSWD. I don't have a picture, I left my phone. X) I forgot other things that happened this week. -__-"

I need a vacation! That's what I remember. Hrhr. XD

Due to "I-Now-Have-Braces and My Upper Lip is Bulging"

My 2 Upper First Premolars were uprooted. It feels weird when my tongue touches my gums. They hurt and the bleeding stopped minutes ago. When we got home, I had to change the cotton balls frequently. I am not allowed to eat or drink hot food/drinks and to get tired. I had to put cold compress on my mouth. Haven't done much of my projects that are due to be passed this week. I need more time. T_T Haven't blogged much.

Kalayaan ko, iyo bang napagtanto,

Kalagayan natin ngayon at ang kalayaang ito?

Pa'no nga ba nag-ugat at sinong may gawa?

Sa wari ko'y may kinalaman ang Ama ng Wikang Pambansa.

Siya ang nagtatag ng isang pagbabago

Pagbabagong kalayaang handog sa Pilipino

Alam mo ba ang tawag sa akda n'yang ito?

Pamahalaang Komonwelt nga ang bansag nga dito.

Sa ilalim nito ay may pampulitikal

Upang palawigin hanay ng opisyal

Nagkaroon ng sanggunian, kongreso at komisyon

Pati ang karapatang bumoto ang nasyon

2010 Musings

I think my teacher didn't like this way of writing. Maybe she's used to the A-B line rhyming and it's too unusual to make a poem with just two stanzas. -__-

Ano ba ang silbi ng wika para sa iyo?

Ginagamit mo ba 'to sa mabuting paraan?

Pamana ni Manuel Quezon, gamitin ng wasto.

Bilang ehemplo sa ibang kabataan.

Para sa'n pa'ng wika kung di pahahalagahan?

Wikang Pilipino lamang ang may po at opo

Dapat nga ipagmalaki sa mga dayuhan

Pag isipan mo, ikaw na bumabasa nito

English Language: An Inspiration ( This title sucks. My teacher thought of it and it's compulsory for us to use what she gave. I dunno if she really wants us to make an essay and not a poem. haha. This is a collab work w/ my bro. Phrases aren't that understandable. XD)

The pen is mightier than the sword

That's why a clash could give end through a word

This is possible through the language

Which preserves our own heritage

Through English, people will understand

As to this, we can go hand in hand

English gives us the light we needed

Full of ideas, makes us fed

With thoughts of different things around us

Break the walls of conversing within us

Practice speaking or even reading

My 'rents are gonna come back here in the Phils on Sept. I'm excited to have braces attached to my teeth though I think I would look anorexic if I got 'em. XD I might also look like "Ugly Betty" ("Betty La Fea"). Rachel and I would bully each other, looking like Betty. Hahaha X)

I was thinking of not uploading this. But then, I don't want it to rot. It's my cover of Paramore's Franklin. I don't mind if you criticize. :)

Okay, today my throat is hurting badly. I don't know why.

When I was typing this entry on Saturday, the CPU died. So today, I'll tell about it. :) I made this blog to share things to others and not to keep 'em to myself. Ans as for the reason that not everyone who visits my blog are Filipinos, I considered to type everything in English from here on. :) So here it goes.

Saturday afternoon, I went to my "girlfriend" Dins' (and I'm her boyfriend LOL) house 'cause we had planned on   Friday to continue doing our project along with our two good friends Joan and Rachel. I brought with me my scrapbook project which contains mostly of my childhood pictures. Joan took pictures of those using her cellphone. XD She posted it on Facebook so I just used Snipping Tool to get 'em all. X)

And so we made the project.

 

Of course, having long breaks and eating snacks were not considered as wasting time. And just because we're camwhores, we took pictures of us using Dins' sister's Macbook as our photobooth. :P

So that was my Saturday. :)
